All power seat controls have been fully tested prior to removal from the vehicle. Side airbag has not been previously deployed. Physical Condition: In good physical condition with no hits or bends. The leather is free of any rips or tears in the leather, and the stitching is fully intact with no fraying or tears. Cosmetic Condition: In good used cosmetic condition for its age, with no heavy wear or discoloration in the leather. The plastic trim pieces have some typical light scratches and marks in the finish. The Silver inserts have some wear and marks from regular use. The lower hip bolster has some nicks, chips, and wear from use. There may be marks and wear that is difficult to see in the photos. Fits: 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013 BMW E93 M3 Convertible (verify interior trim) Fitment Notes: Please verify the seat wiring and options match your existing seats prior to purchase.
