The pump was unable to build enough hydraulic pressure to operate the top assembly. We suggest having this professionally rebuilt prior to installation. Physical Condition: Hydraulic pump is free of any corrosion as shown. Includes everything as shown in the photos. You will need to reuse some of your existing hardware for installation.
